Energy Medicine and EFT Meet-up
Come join in and learn/practice Energy Medicine and EFT in a friendly, fun environment!

This will move stagnant energy around your head to clear mental congestion, help with insomnia and memory, plus open the crown to higher inspiration.
1.  Place your thumbs on your temples and fingers resting on your forehead.  Breath in deeply.
2.  Curl your fingers and slowly, with some pressure, pull your fingers apart, stretching the skin from the center outward while exhaling.
3.  Shake your hands off after each clearing to remove the energy you’ve collected.
4.  Continue pulling the stuck energy from the center outward up over the head to the back of the head, the neck and end at the shoulders.   As you finish off at the shoulders, let your hands drag deeply from the back of the shoulders to the front to help release tension that could be stored there.
